Dr. Glenn Mitchell Memorial Park is a quiet green space that honors its namesake and other community leaders with a memorial plaza and monuments. Shaded benches, an open lawn, walking paths and flowering gardens make it a calm place for reflection, a picnic or an unhurried visit.

The park is listed in the 300 block of West Louisiana Street, at B14 on the printed downtown map, about a 4-minute walk from the courthouse square. Union Bear, Collective Coffee and Lockwood Distilling Co. are a short walk away.
