Inspired by a cousin's food truck in Miami, Onel's transition from the creative world of advertising to the vibrant world of food was a leap of passion. This marked the genesis of the Guava Tree, and later, the creation of Sir Frank's Fancy Dog and Sausage Truck—a venture into gourmet hot dogs that added a unique twist to the culinary landscape.
